Return & Exchange Policy


PLEASE NOTE: This policy is only valid for online purchases of footwear, clothing and accessories via our website. For all other purchases of products via a retail store please refer to the store of purchase for their Shipping & Returns Policy.

RETURNS

  • Products purchased on our website can be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with the RETURNS POLICY below.

  • Request for Refund
  • We will respond within two (2) business days with confirmation whether the products were bought from us and can be accepted for return.
  • Should you qualify for the Returns Policy outlined below, a Return Authorisation Number will be provided to you.
  • Once confirmation has been received on your end, kindly pack and deliver your purchased goods to:

EXCHANGE

  • Products purchased on our website can be exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

How to exchange:-

  • Order Number
  • Request for Exchange

3. We will respond within two (2) business days with confirmation whether the products were bought from us and can be accepted for exchange.

4. Should you qualify for the exchange, an authorisation number will be provided to you.

5. Once confirmation has been received on your end, kindly pack and deliver your purchased goods to:

6. Purchased goods will be exchanged within three (3) business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Shoe Boxes: When returning shoes in boxes, please ensure items are packed inside a satchel & ensure you do not attach anything on the outside of the original shoe box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to reject your return as we will not be able to resell the product.

2. Once the product has been received and assessed to meet the criteria of our returns policy, we will process the exchange or refund.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Apart from faulty products, products purchased on our website can be returned within fourteen (14) days with the condition that the goods are in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and tags still attached.
  • You shall be responsible for the return’s shipping costs unless that we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty.
  • Should a product returned to Sportslife Fusion is faulty, but is found to be in working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight on our discretion.
  • You will also be charged a service fee for the testing of products.
  • Sportslife Fusion will charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange, which have been damaged while in your care.
  • Credits / Refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.
  • Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the Malaysia.
  • Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for refunds to be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Sportslife Fusion reserves the right to make any order cancellation if the products are not no longer available for any reason. A notification will be given and refunds shall be initiated.
  • Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed
  • We have the right to withdraw or cease the availability for all products from the site, without notice.
